UX Designer — I led the UX redesign for Gooodeo, aiming to clarify the platform’s value. By identifying sources of user confusion and translating insights into structural improvements, I redefined the site’s logic and delivered a focused prototype that enhanced clarity and navigation.
4 weeks — from UX audit to final tested prototype.
In this case study, I explore the UX design process behind Gooodeo — an e-commerce platform where users initially struggled to understand what the business offered. The challenge was to create a clear, intuitive structure that supports better product discovery and improves user trust.
This process focused on deep UX research, audience insights, and structural clarity — transforming scattered impressions into a system rooted in real user behavior and communication logic.
Gooodeo’s homepage redesign aimed to clarify the product’s value and reduce user confusion. The UX process centered on decision-making behavior, guiding visitors through intuitive flows and helpful touchpoints. To build trust, we introduced storytelling about the founder’s expertise and mission, creating a more credible and relatable experience.
Users didn’t fully understand what the platform offered or how the products could help their business.
We restructured the homepage around user decision points, simplified the messaging, and added a quiz to guide uncertain users to the right product.
Gooodeo’s product page redesign focused on improving clarity, trust, and conversion. We highlighted key product benefits, added real user reviews and ratings, and introduced instructional video content to help users better understand what they’re buying. This approach addressed users’ hesitation by showcasing value, usage clarity, and social proof — ultimately making the decision-making process faster and more confident.
User testing confirmed better understanding of the product offering, improved trust in the brand, and smoother navigation across the site. Visitors were more likely to complete the quiz, explore categorized products, and engage with the founder’s story — all contributing to stronger purchase intent.
