About Website

In this case study, I explore the UX/UI process behind Health Factor — an educational platform for medical professionals. The goal was to make the learning environment more intuitive, modern, and accessible, allowing doctors to easily navigate lectures, take tests, and track progress.

This process focused on simplifying the information architecture, creating consistent UI components, and building a clear flow that supports self-paced learning in a structured, digital format.

Main Page

Health Factor’s landing page was designed to help medical professionals quickly grasp the platform’s educational value. The UX strategy focused on simplifying navigation, prioritizing curriculum structure, and presenting the offering with medical credibility. Clear visuals and concise copy helped communicate the content’s usefulness while supporting user motivation to explore further.

Resource Library

The Library section offers quick access to educational materials such as past events, webinar recordings, and helpful references. It was designed to support doctors in continuous learning, allowing them to revisit expert sessions, explore key topics, and stay informed — all in one convenient place.

Challenges & Solutions

Challenge:

Users often struggle to find reliable, user-friendly platforms that support ongoing education and quick access to verified resources. The complexity of content structures can hinder learning flow and engagement.

Solution:

Simplified content hierarchy and interface design. I introduced a modular layout with clear access to courses, a responsive library of materials, and scalable components — making medical knowledge easier to find, follow, and apply.

Events Section

The Events section showcases Health Factor’s dynamic academic life. It features past and upcoming conferences, webinars, and community gatherings — offering doctors and healthcare professionals ongoing opportunities to learn, connect, and grow. The goal was to make scientific events more accessible, visible, and engaging.

Personal Account

The Personal Account section provides users with a centralized hub for managing their learning journey. Doctors can track completed events, download certificates, revisit saved materials, and access personalized recommendations. The goal was to offer a simple, organized space that supports progress tracking and encourages continuous development.

Results

The redesigned platform received strong approval from both doctors and stakeholders. Users appreciated the clear content hierarchy, modernized interface, and improved access to learning resources. The personalized account system and modular layout contributed to better navigation and more engaging user experiences across devices.
