UI Designer — I was responsible for designing and building medical event landing pages at New Vivo. I created the full UI layout and implemented the pages using a no-code website builder. My responsibilities also included integrating registration forms and designing and sending event email campaigns. I developed over 50 unique event pages — each one visually distinct yet aligned with medical professionalism and clarity.
Ongoing — from concept to launch across over 50 unique medical events.
In this case study, I showcase my work on New Vivo Events — a landing page system designed for continuous medical education. The challenge was to create consistent yet distinct layouts for each event, ensuring easy navigation and clear registration flows.
The process included designing the visual identity for over 50 unique events, building layouts on a no-code platform, and setting up registration forms and email campaigns — all tailored to highlight key speakers, themes, and benefits of participation.
Each event page followed a modular design, presenting the event’s key details in a clear hierarchy: title, topics, speaker info, benefits, and registration CTA. My role included both UI design and implementation, ensuring that every page was visually distinct but structurally coherent.
By focusing on usability, I helped improve sign-up rates and ensured doctors could quickly grasp the value of each event without friction.
In addition to design and layout, I handled the end-to-end registration setup for each event. This included integrating sign-up forms, customizing registration flows, and ensuring seamless data collection.
Every form was optimized for clarity and ease of use, helping doctors register in just a few clicks — whether on desktop or mobile. These enhancements contributed to higher conversion rates and a smoother attendee experience.
Limited tech resources meant all design, structure, and registration logic had to be executed by a single designer — often under tight deadlines.
I took full ownership of the design-production pipeline — from visual concepting to page building and email campaign delivery — ensuring that each launch was on-brand, functional, and on time.
Over 50 unique medical event pages were launched, each tailored to specific topics while maintaining a cohesive brand identity. The streamlined design and structure improved user understanding of event details, while the embedded registration forms increased conversion. Consistent email campaigns ensured strong attendance, with improved engagement throughout the promotion cycle.
