UI Designer — I focused on redesigning the university website for Pedagogium to better reflect its innovative academic vision. I crafted a new visual language in Figma and built a modern, accessible layout that highlights the university’s unique programs, scientific approach, and international outlook.
3 weeks — focused on UI exploration, iterations, and final delivery for development handoff.
This case study outlines the redesign of Pedagogium — a Polish university focused on innovation, postgraduate education, and global collaboration. The goal was a user-friendly website that highlights the school’s academic strengths and scientific approach.
The process prioritized clarity, accessibility, and a modern interface that reflects Pedagogium’s progressive identity while remaining easy to navigate for local and international users.
The Pedagogium website redesign aimed to reflect the university’s forward-thinking approach and specialized academic programs. The new structure improves navigation for prospective and current students, while the design emphasizes accessibility, credibility, and the school’s focus on innovation and international collaboration.
Present a complex educational institution with diverse programs (from Speech Therapy to Military Tech) in a way that feels modern, cohesive, and relevant to both local and international audiences.
I created a unified UI system with modular blocks, simplified page hierarchy, and bold accents that reflect academic credibility and forward-thinking values without overwhelming the user.
While the project did not rely on analytics tracking, client-side feedback highlighted improved clarity in program offerings, better navigation across study options, and a more modern, cohesive brand impression. The redesign also helped attract more attention from international applicants and elevated the perception of academic credibility.
